We hope this would be one of the best and most memorable posts for both of us and when Siddu grows big even he would appreciate this post the most. We are sure Sidd would be glad to know how he used the new words with so much ease and confidence.
The first ever word spoken by Siddu was
Mama - (implies Mumma) - The say every child speaks Mumma first and then everything else. And this is the word they never forget. But behold, our young one offcourse spoke Mama first but then over a period of time Mama became didi (Believe me no offences meant to Shweta’s physique) but even a kidd as small as Sidd realised this :)-
The second word spekn by Siddu
Papa - (Implies Dad) - When Siddu learnt to speak Papa this was one word he never forgot. Thanks to Govind, he made him re-iterate Papa so many times that Siddu never forgot it. Siddu spoke Papa atleast 10 times in an hour. The revision was so thorough that there was no question of forgetting it.
Bhu-Bhu - (implies Dog) - Sidd was very fond of Bhu Bhu. Eventually at about the same time when Sidd had started to say Bhu Bhu we took him to the Zoo in Pune and every animal there Sidd called it bhu bhu,, to the extent that even a elephant was called Bhu Bhu.
Zhu Zhu - (Implies Slides and Swings) - Sidd called the swings zhu zhu and whenever he had a glance from the balcony at the slides and swings he said Zhu Zhu
Aaata - (Implies Aasha) - Our maids daughter - Aaasha was called Aaata by Siddu.
Kya - (implies What?) - Whenever we called Siddu he responded like the elderly people as kyaaaaaaaa?
Oush - (implies Ouch) - Whenever anyone or Sidd himself was hurt he called it oush. He could not speak ouch well and called it oush!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is one of the best words that Sidd spoke. The word that we will actually not forget in our lifetime. Infact even in his day care, the attendants made him speak this word several times as it actually came very sweetly from him

31st March’09 was the day when Siddharth suffered from very high fever and diarrhoea. 10:30 PM in the night when his fever rose to 104 degrees we had to admit him to the hospital. He was all weak and worn out by now. We bet we could have never feared more than this day. It was unbearable seeing cute little and always jovial Sidd in such a disastrous situation. Doctor gave the final verdict to admit him and keep him under observation. Though we were horrified by the thoght of keeping Siddharth on drips etc. he was evry co-operative in the entire oddessey. First prick for the drip and we heard the turbulant shout of Sidd which could not hold us outside of the doctors cabin. He was crying like anything and finally the doctors decided to give him some sleeping medicines so that he responded to the entire drip treatment. This was one weak marked with tremendous weightloss of Sidd. He was unwell for the entire week and this was the first illness proloned for such long time in him. Scary though it was we will still take this opportunity to let the world know SIdd co-operated very well which worked in his fast recovery. Even the hospital doctors and nurses admitted this fact.

And Sidd turned one. Our stunning young toddler was now growing big and big. Finally the first milestone achieved Sidd is 1 year now. We celebrated his first birthday and gathered lots of blessings for him . Sidd now walks, talks though not very intellible words but he keeps babbering, hugs mom and Dad and recognizes few outsiders too. He now puts mobile phone on his right year and keeps talking for hours to whom and what we do not know :)- Sidd has started to behave like us, he has started imitating us and tries to do all what we do. Offcourse he wants milk in our cups, he wants food from our plates and he wants shoes that we wear.

Sidd is 11 months now. Wants to walk, walk and walk. Stands, walks, falls and stands again. OMG this is his full time activity. We had been to Rajasthan this month with Sidd and had a gala time. We had visted holy places, palaces and gardens. First time after I joined back work, we had spent so much time with Sidd. We did Sidd’s mundan this month and I was very sad to lose that SPIKY cut of Sidd. 7 complete days with Mom and Dad made Sidd feel like on the top of this world. He was just ready to pack hig bag himself.

Get Set Go!!!
He walked walked and walked all the more. We got tired but we still wonder he never did get tired of walking.

What a SMILE
Time flies and we cannot even trace it back,,, Sidd turned 9 and we were just wondering when did all this happen. Now Sidd moved out with us to Pizza Huts and Mac D’s tio chandni chowk and MG road. He badly wanted cheese toppings and all the soups and salads that we had. He started crawling faster. Clapped his hands when we said “Radhe Radhe”. We celebrated our first Diwali with Sidd this month. Sidd looks awsome in the traditional clothes and our friends call him the most eligible bachelor of the time. Sidd still doesnt have too many hair and we lovingly call him “SPIKY” his hair grwoing only at the center. Off course he proves he is the “GENERATION NEXT”.

M a big boy now
This was the month marked with major progress in Sidds activities. Interacting with new people, babbering words like ma ma ma ma, pa pa pa pa, aaaaa , etc. The sounds were clear and there were different patterns in the sound. He started crawling swiftly and sat on his own. He gave responses to sound, patterns better, he looked around at playing children and laughed. We have a neighbour called Shravani and she became Sidds first girl friend,, Sidd cried once he saw Shravani and she did not come near him.

And when at 6 Moms back home he started crying aloud till Shweta took him in her arms and kissed him gently. He infact learnt staying away from both of us in our work hours. But post work hours he wanted only both of us,, Tough time after the days work, but only his sight and his gentle touch made us forget all the tiredness and fatigue

Smarty Boy
In 5th month our sunny boy had become hyper active, he used to turn on his back and we started feeding him some external meals too!!!!! This was the month he had gone to holy places for the first time. We had taken him to Shirdi, Nasik and Trambakeshwar. Believe us the darshan in Shirdi were never as fast as it was this time offcourse courtsey “SIDD”. He did not cry during the entire journey but as soon as we entered the temple he started crying and the gaurd ask us to go forward and take Darshan. Believe us immediately after the Darshan Sidd stopped crying completely !!! We can never forget this incident throughout our life!
